Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to re-schedule or alter all or part of a reservation.
We are required to notify the operator of any cancellations within the specified cancellation period. It is your responsibility to make sure you submit your cancellation request with adequate time, and during our standard business hours (9 am-5 pm), to allow us to contact the tour provider. All cancellation requests must be in writing and sent via email to: [email protected]. Any emails received outside of these hours will be considered received the following day.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
- 20% cancellation fee 7 days or more before departure
- 50% cancellation fee between 7 days and 48 hours before departure
- 100% cancellation fee within 24 hours before departure and for "No Show"
The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour, change vehicle type, alter the itinerary or arrange an alternative operator if necessary. Please note all tours are subject to weather conditions.
No refund will be given in these circumstances or in the event of any delay curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. All passengers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation insurance, evacuation, and medical cover.

This website acts as a booking agent only for the tours advertised herein. Although we endeavour to provide accurate information, we are not liable for inaccurate information concerning services.
It is recommended all bookings are confirmed 48 hours in advance of the tour departure by calling +61 7 40372700.
• Child rate applies to children aged 4-14. No Infants (children aged 0-3)
• No wheelie walkers or wheelchairs permitted on tour (please put this important information on your tour tickets as we do not have room on our buses for wheelie walkers or wheelchairs)
• Neither this site, nor any associated company or agent advertised through this site is responsible for your costs or losses resulting from alterations, cancellations, loss of damage, delay or personal injury.
• All passengers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation insurance, evacuation and medical cover. Please read the wording of your insurance policy carefully and ensure it covers you for all potential activities. In a medical emergency, any evacuation, vessel relocation, medical or other expenses are the financial responsibility of that passenger. Please be aware that scuba diving and other in-water activities are not covered by all travel insurance companies.
